Keto: Vegan Style

Don't like to shove animal flesh down your face hole? I get it.
Still want to get fit and clear your mind?

Try some vegan keto!
I am NOT a vegan nor anywhere an expert on vegan keto. But I will try my best.
I am assuming that VK is not MUCH different than Normal Keto.
It will still have to be HIGH fat (70%), Moderate protein (20%), and low carb (5%).
I also think it is possible. but a fair amount of work.
Eating as much fat as this is hard to start, especially if you are not use to it. It will take time to get adapted to eating like this.

Fats:
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Avocados
olives
Flax seeds
Tahini
Nuts and seeds and the oils they make!
Protein:
Try them all! Find your favorite! Veggies also contain protein! Since you only need a moderate amount you will be able to do it!
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Almond butter
Peanut Butter!!!!
Tofu
Tempeh
Nuts
Vegan protein powder (this will help A LOT),

If you are into fake meats, you can find a fair amount of low carb ones if you look!

Beyond Meat Beyond Chicken
Beyond Meat Beast Burger
