Let them eat cake! well.... kind of...and Protein.

Okay. I have a problem with peanut butter. I decided to give it up, and that makes me pretty sad. I made something tonight to try to help with my PB craving.

Did it push away that PB craving?

Yes.

Was it the best thing I have ever eaten?

Probably not.

Would I make it again?

Most likely, but I would change a few things.

I think it sat too long while I took pictures so it seems to dry out a bit. Though I still totally ate the whole thing.

But you should share. Because A: Sharing is caring B: It is a lot of protein.

Ingredients (For Cake):

1 Scoop of protein powder. I used vanilla because it was what I had.

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder: I used this because I dislike Vanilla Protein powder.

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp Coconut flour

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk

2 packets of Truvia (or a tbsp of your favorite solid sweetener)

1 Egg

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients (For Frosting)

2 tbsp Cream Cheese

1 tbsp Cafe al Fresco sugar free syrup ( got it at dollar tree! You could use Torani syrup too)
