Quick Keto Egg Drop Soup

So I started this week telling myself that all I would eat for protein would be eggs. Now I need to figure out some different meals to help me not just eat hard boiled eggs until I get sick of them. I haven't had a real soup for some time and I always loved egg drop from the local Chinese place, but who knows what is in it.

So time to make it happen.

This is so easy and so quick. And friggen delicious to boot!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp of Finlandia butter (or your choice)

Green Onions

1 tbsp Chili paste

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1 1/2 cup Chicken bone broth

1 chicken bullion cube

Directions:

  1. Add broth, bullion cube, and butter to a soup pan.

  2. Turn that sucker on high.

  3. Boil.

  4. While getting to boil, add garlic to chili paste. Mix. Also whisk two eggs in a dish.

  5. Once boiling, add chili paste mixture to pan. Stir.

  6. bring to boil again.

  7. Take off heat.

  8. Add eggs. Mix.

Pour in bowl, and garnish with green onions.

DONE.

SO damn good.
