A Day of Eating Keto.

Today I was asked to publish a blog about what I eat on a normal day.

Normally I start off with a Bullet Proof Coffee . coffee + butter + coconut oil = heaven.

Today I only had some unsweetened almond milk in the otherwise black coffee. This held me over from 7 - 11 without any hungry problems, though BPC keeps me fuller.

Lunch (which is at 11 am on a school day) today was a chicken salad which consisted of 4 oz of spring mix. 5 oz of chicken breast. 1 oz Shredded mozzarella, a whole avocado (3.0 oz) and two table spoons of Ken's Ranch Dressing. Lite salt and pepper. This meal keeps me full until about 3:30. When I get home I tend to get hungry around 4.

Dinner today was Chicken Broccoli Alfredo: 177g of frozen Broccoli heated in the radiation box for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Then the broccoli was cooked in a pan with 2 Tablespoons of butter, 4 oz of chicken breast, and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

I had another Coffee with unsweetened almond milk in the evening for night school.

For a snack after job numero dos. I made some Peanut Butter Bread

Not the most colorful meals or most exotic, but it is pretty standard for me. I am a creature of habit.

Remember: Keto is NOT an all meat diet. Veggies are super important! Your carbs should come from your veggies. Remember NET CARBS are what you need to look at.

Total Carbs (g) - Total Fiber(g) = Net (g)

Keep it under 20g and you should be doing great.
