So sometimes I miss bread. Not for the taste. More so as a vehicle for my food to enter my
face hole.
As good as lettuce wraps are, I needed something different. Something that reminded me of bread.
Then the wife found a recipe online for peanut butter bread.

I feel deeply in love ( I told my wife I was to marry the bread) with the texture and taste of this "Bread"
I tried to modify it and try different recipes online. Some were great successes! Some were terrible failures.
Is it bread? No. Is it super amazing? Not really. Is it a reasonable substitute? Sure, why not.
This seems to be the best recipe I have made yet. It can be sweet or more bread-like depending if you remove two of the few ingredients.

Add your Whole Egg (not the shell silly), Peanut butter, Baking Powder, sugar substitute, and vanilla extract into a radiation box safe mug or small bowl.

Mix that crap up until it looks like baby crap on a warm day.
Throw it in the radiation box for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Take that steaming hot loaf of love out of the Radbox.
Remove it from the mug and or bowl.

let cool.
Cut in half and enjoy!

I like to throw my slices on a hot pan for a savory sandwich. (remove sugar substitute and vanilla extract)
Or add some butter or heavy cream on top for something sweet. Or mix some cream cheese with a sugar substitute until smooth. Make a friggen whoopee pie!
